Why is my tracking number not found?

New bookings can take up to 2 hours to appear. Check the number for typos, or try the shipper reference instead.

How often is tracking updated?

Milestones update in real time as events are scanned at each gateway. ETAs are recalculated several times per day.

Can I track several shipments at once?
