OriginEx provides air and sea freight, forwarding, customs clearance, insurance, distribution and digital services under separate service agreements and quotations.
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Charges are based on actual or chargeable weight, whichever is higher. Invoices are payable as agreed.
You warrant that shipment information, documents and declarations are accurate and complete, and that goods are lawful and properly packed and labeled.
Carriage is subject to the applicable international conventions, including the Montreal and Hague-Visby rules, and to carrier terms, which limit liability. Cargo insurance is available and recommended.
Dangerous, restricted or perishable goods require prior written acceptance and correct declaration.
